What this policy covers
This policy explains how Listsy handles information when you use Listsy to generate digital products and prepare Etsy draft listings.
Information we collect
- Account details, including your email address and workspace.
- Seller briefs, seller-owned uploads, generated assets, listing copy, quality checks, jobs, and product settings.
- Etsy shop identifiers, authorization scopes, OAuth credentials, and metadata needed to create and verify your draft listings.
- Subscription, credit, and billing status from our payment provider.
- Technical logs needed for security, reliability, and support.
Listsy does not request or process Etsy buyer, order, or payment data.
How we use information
We use this information to provide the service, generate seller-owned product materials, create and verify Etsy drafts at your direction, prevent abuse, keep the service reliable, and respond to support requests. We do not use Etsy API data to train artificial intelligence models or create datasets for model training.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with infrastructure, storage, generation, payment, analytics, and email providers that help operate Listsy. Their access is limited to providing those services.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, account and product actions, and fulfilled orders observed in Listsy, using cookies with advertising features disabled. It receives no account, product or order IDs. Page URLs exclude query strings and product identifiers. Google Analytics loads only after you opt in and stops tracking if you decline later. Mixpanel records page visits, account and product actions, and when a fulfilled order is observed in your billing history. Signed-in activity is linked with a pseudonymous account ID. We do not record sessions or send your email address, product briefs, artwork, order ID, or payment details. Mixpanel does not load until you opt in. Orders remain authoritative in our billing records; analytics may miss orders if you do not return to Listsy after paying.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow advertising cookies, the Reddit Pixel measures visits and completed password signups on our public homepage and sign-in page. With your advertising permission, our server also reports newly created accounts and fulfilled paid orders, including the order value and currency, a conversion identifier, a hashed email address, and any Reddit ad click identifier. It does not send your artwork, product brief, card details, or private workspace URL. Reddit may use cookies, browser and device information, and hashed email addresses entered or displayed on those pages to attribute conversions to ads. Phone matching is disabled. The pixel does not load on private workspace pages, authentication callbacks, or password recovery pages.
Advertising permission is separate from analytics permission and stays off until you explicitly allow it. We remember your advertising choice in this browser for up to 180 days. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Use Change privacy preferences above to withdraw permission; withdrawing unloads the advertising pixel and cancels queued server events when your signed-in choice reaches our server. We also store your signed-in advertising choice on your account, with the same expiry. Delivery records are retained for diagnostics; events are sent only while permission is valid. Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and accounting obligations. Disconnecting Etsy deletes the stored OAuth connection credentials for the selected shop. You may request account or content deletion by emailing support@listsy.app.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards to protect stored information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
