Describe what you want to make
Describe the subject, style, and any words you want in the design. The default is one design and five listing photos. Check the shop, selling price, included work, and full credit price before starting.
Each selected design has a 3000 by 3000 pixel transparent PNG for the buyer. This workflow prepares PNG digital products. It does not create editable templates, SVG bundles, planners, or ebooks.
- Artwork option counts are 1, 3, 5, or 10.
- Five listing-photo scenes are preselected. Change the count or any scene to fit the product.
- New listing video generation is currently unavailable. Existing videos remain saved and readable.
- Only use ideas, text, and material that you have permission to sell.

Your product stays on one page. Listsy prepares and checks the buyer PNG before you choose it. After your choice, it prepares the download, listing photos, text, and unpublished Etsy draft.

What Listsy checks at each step
A green status means a named check passed. It is not evidence of an Etsy review, future search placement, or buyer demand.

What a verified draft means in Listsy
Listsy reads the saved draft back from Etsy. It checks the listing ID, draft state, URL, and expected attachment counts.
This evidence catches missing media and accidental state changes. It does not compare the returned title, description, tags, category, image order, or file hashes with the intended values. Those details still need a seller review inside Etsy.
The final review belongs to the seller
Open the draft and inspect it as a buyer would. Check the first thumbnail, image order, category, attributes, price, description, tags, AI disclosure when required, and the attached file. Confirm that every mockup shows the same design and does not imply that a physical item is included.
You remain responsible for price, rights, accuracy, and policy. Listsy prepares an unpublished draft. You review it and publish it yourself on Etsy. Etsy's fees are separate from Listsy credits.
