The run starts with your product decisions
Describe the theme, style, wording, and buyer you have in mind. Choose how many artwork options you want to review and any whole-number listing image count from 1 to 20. Listsy turns those choices into a structured production run.
The launch workflow is deliberately narrow. Each selected design becomes one digital product built around a 3000 by 3000 pixel transparent PNG. Listsy does not pretend that the same workflow produces planners, editable templates, SVG bundles, or ebooks.
- Artwork option counts are 1, 3, 5, or 10.
- The default listing image count is 6.
- Video is optional and handled as a separate add-on.
- Only use ideas, text, and material that you have permission to sell.
What happens after you start a run
The stages stay separate so you can see exactly where a run stopped. If a file or image fails a check, Listsy names the affected asset and pauses before anything incomplete reaches Etsy.

Prepare the buyer file
Listsy processes each selected design into a 3000 by 3000 pixel RGBA PNG with a transparent background, then runs file and edge checks.

Build the listing package
Listsy creates the buyer ZIP, a seller-selected set of 1 to 20 listing images, and editable title, description, and tags around the checked product file.

Upload and read back the draft
Listsy uploads the assets to an Etsy draft, reads the draft state and media counts back from Etsy, then stops for your review.
Each handoff has a specific gate
A green status means a named check passed. It is not evidence of an Etsy review, future search placement, or buyer demand.

What a verified draft means in Listsy
Draft verification is a narrow read-back check. Listsy asks Etsy for the listing after upload and confirms that the returned listing ID is the expected one, the state is still draft, the URL contains that listing ID, and the image, buyer-file, and optional video counts match the run.
This evidence catches missing media and accidental state changes. It does not compare the returned title, description, tags, category, image order, or file hashes with the intended values. Those details still need a seller review inside Etsy.
The final review belongs to the seller
Open the draft and inspect it as a buyer would. Check the first thumbnail, image order, category, attributes, price, description, tags, AI disclosure when required, and the attached file. Confirm that every mockup shows the same design and does not imply that a physical item is included.
Publishing is a business and policy decision. Listsy prepares the work and records technical checks, but you decide whether the listing accurately represents what you are allowed to sell.
